We are looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 driver to join our Brick and Block Haulage department. Drivers will be expected to travel around the country to deliver customer goods in a safe an professional manner. The position is available from our Bideford and Caldicot depots. This is for a Artic or Lorry and Drag type vehicle and includes nights out.

Key Skill Requirements for driver

• Deliver customers good in a professional and friendly manner
• Ensure the most direct truck friendly route is taken
• Ensure the vehicle is safe and fit to be on the road by carrying out adequate daily checks.
• Work within the tachograph and working time directive laws
• Ensure all PODs are captured accurately
• Able to work on own initiative and part of a team
• Report any issues effectively and promptly to management
