Acknowledgment of Terms
I confirm that I have read and understood both the ET Holdings Terms and Conditions and the Road Haulage Association Limited Conditions of Carriage 2026. All related documentation is available via our website.
Prohibited and Restricted Items - unless declared and accepted by the company.
I understand that prohibited and restricted items cannot be transported. These include, but are not limited to:
- Compressed Gases
- Cash
- Corrosive Substances
- Drugs
- Lithium Batteries (including those regulated as dangerous goods)
- Explosives
- Flammable Products (Gases, Liquids, and Solids)
- Human Remains or Body Parts
- Animals
- Fresh Food
- Pornographic Material
- Radioactive Material
- Weapons
Conditions of Carriage
All goods will be transported under the 2026 RHA Terms and Conditions.
Claims for Damage
In the event of damage, notification must be made in writing within 5 working days of the incident. Please ensure your customers inspect goods upon delivery. Our insurers will automatically reject any damage claims if the goods were signed for as received in good condition.
Terms and Conditions
ET Holdings operates under the Road Haulage Association (RHA) Limited Conditions of Carriage 2026, which govern liability for transported goods. For any shipments handled through ET Holdings' Pallet Network, customers benefit from enhanced liability of £5,000 per tonne.
Payment Terms
All invoices must be paid EOM plus 30 days. Late payments may incur additional interest charges.
Authorisation for References
By submitting this application, you authorise ET Holdings to make inquiries into the banking and business/trade references that you have provided.
Credit Check Authorisation
I give ET Holdings permission to share my data with a third-party credit reference agency and to conduct a credit search if required.
