Just a few weeks ago , we were contacted out of the blue by a new customer seeking a shipping service from Tunisa to Turkey. This was nothing new, but due to the extremely high value cargo, the client  was also requesting the local agent in Tunisia to provide additional services.

We are extremely particular  when it comes to choosing our agents, we need them to have the same ethos as ourselves , going the extra mile to make sure the client receives the best service possible.  In this case, the cargo was extremely urgent. The day before loading , we were asked to provide a full loading & packing service. As you will see from the snaps taken by our agents out in Tunisia , all of the cargo was loaded , secured and then air bags used for the voids , to give additional protection, all within a day’s notice!
